Elevare MED is led by a physician trained in primary care, functional medicine, hormone optimization, and integrative health. The clinical approach blends evidence-informed medicine with a personalized, systems-based understanding of the body.

Dr. Daniel Lin is a licensed naturopathic physician with clinical training and professional experience in integrative primary care, functional medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative procedures, and performance-focused outpatient care. Dr. Lin has completed a functional medicine-focused residency (AANMC), which provided advanced clinical exposure to complex chronic disease management, laboratory interpretation, nutritional medicine, endocrine health, gastrointesitnal health, cardiometabolic risk reduction, and individualized longitudinal care planning. He has also completed coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and is pursuing certification as a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (FMCP-M). This additional training further supports his qualifications to operate a clinic centered on functional medicine, root-cause evaluation, metabolic optimization, and personalized preventive care.
